Directions for Use:

Prepare Your Bath:
Fill your bathtub with warm water to your desired level.

Add Salt Soak:
Sprinkle half a cup - 1 cup of Breathe Salt Soak into the bathwater. If you prefer, add salt soak into the provided bath tea bag to help with clean up.

Swirl and Soak:
Gently swirl the water to ensure an even distribution of the salts. Immerse yourself in the calming waters.

Relax and Rejuvenate:
Sink into the bath and let the combined benefits work their magic. The recommended soaking time is 15-30 minutes, longer if desired.

After Your Bath:
Pat your skin dry with a towel; there's no need to rinse off, as the residue can continue to benefit your skin.
After your bath, take some time to rest & rehydrate your body.
