What Are Herbal Infused Products?

Our herbal infused products use oils that have been enriched with
herbs and botanicals. This involves combining carrier oils (such as jojoba oil) with dried botanicals/herbs, gently holding them at a low temperature then allowing them to sit for an extended period. The oil absorbs the beneficial compounds from the herbs, resulting in a product that carries the herb’s unique therapeutic properties.

Some of our products also contain infusions with Resins and Menthol Crystals.


Do your products contain essential oils?

While the majority of our products are currently essential oil free, it is best to check the ingredients on each label as a couple of our products do contain them. You can find them lightly scenting our soaps, and our shower steamers; but you wont find them in any of our balms, butters, salves, serums or bath soaks. 

How do I know if this product will work for me?

To avoid any disappointment, I strongly recommend carefully reviewing the ingredients list provided for each product you're interested in. Additionally, explore the detailed descriptions available on our website.

As is the case with any skincare purchase, individual outcomes can differ, and I want to emphasize that I cannot guarantee that you or your skin will love every product. While I make every effort to cater to all ages and skin types, unpredictable reactions, breakouts, or variations may occur.

What is the shelf life?

All natural herbal skincare products do not carry the same shelf life as conventional skincare products. Keeping your products tightly capped in cool, dry, dark location will help extend their shelf life. Always use a clean dry finger or utensil to remove the product from its container as to not introduce any dirt or bacteria to the product, which can both spoil the product and contaminate your skin. If you do not think you will use the entire product within 6 months, keep it in the refrigerator to extend its shelf life.

What is your return policy?

As previously mentioned, individual outcomes may vary and regrettably I cannot guarantee that you or your skin will love every product. For this reason, products successfully delivered or purchased in person are not eligible for refunds. Being a small business, such refunds would pose a significant financial challenge.

However, I stand by the quality of my products. If your order arrives with damage, or if there's an error with your order, I’m here to make it right. In such cases, I gladly offer refunds or replacements to ensure you receive the impeccable service and products you deserve. I appreciate your understanding and support. How long will it take to get my order?

While I'd love to summon a fleet of delivery drones and make your order appear at your doorstep the following day, I'm afraid I'm not Amazon. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and shipping method. Rest assured, I work hard to get your goodies to you as swiftly as possible and I do my best to make your wait worth it! I am a one woman show over here and it can take me a few days to prepare your order before it is shipped. Please allow up to 10 days before reaching out.
